Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. ( All Orders Ship Same Day if you Order Before 2 PM )

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days .

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details.

• You can track your order status anytime through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

Delays

• While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (weather, customs, courier issues, etc.) may occur. FabLina is not liable for such delays but will assist in resolving issues with our shipping partners.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Missing or Damaged Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Help@fablina.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• For missing or lost packages, please reach out to our support team, and we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

HOW DO I RETURN/ EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT? 

You may initiate an exchange or a return within 7 days of receiving your purchase. After 7 days have gone by, your return/exchange request will not be accepted. 
We charge no extra cost for a return or exchange, as it should be. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your products must be in the same condition that you received them–unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached. They must be in their original packaging, and you’ll also require your receipt or proof of purchase. 
We will investigate the returned/exchanged product before accepting or rejecting your request. 

No return refunds -  on sale items.
